LONDON FASHION WEEK: BRYCE AIME MAKES A FASHION STATEMENT AT THE MAY FAIR HOTEL

The May Fair Hotel and French born fashion designer Bryce Aime have created an exclusive fashion display. Usually only available to view by fashion industry elite, Bryce Aime will showcase a piece from his ‘Militarium’ AW11 collection, for all to see, in the lobby of the hotel throughout London Fashion Week. The showpiece, which can only be assumed as a ‘surreal’ statement, is said to be the soul of the collection.

This February will see the notorious fashion pack descend on the capital as London Fashion Week enters its 27th year. At the centre of style stands the May Fair Hotel, the official hotel of London Fashion Week for the fourth year running. The May Fair is also proud to announce its NEW style status as the official hotel partner for Vodafone London Fashion Weekend.

Bryce Aime returns to his signature roots this season and has once again created a collection that truly epitomises his individual style, focusing on a strong, modern look with distinctive yet unusual, graphic prints. The underlying inspiration behind his Autumn Winter 2011 collection revolves around the stereotypical militaristic features of an army barracks, which is sharp, androgyny, cold and constructed. The display piece pushes the boundaries in terms of shapes and material used, the fabric is ‘framed’ in the Plexiglass, resulting in a masterpiece, which goes beyond fashion.

As ever London Fashion Week brings intense fashion fever to London, view this stunning piece of work exclusively at The May Fair hotel throughout fashion week.
